Montagne Jeunesse Face Mask

1
Want cheap but with quality face mask?

Try Montagne Jeunesse!! Sounds cool? Nah~ I got these mini pack face mask from Walmart, Zellers, and many other general store.

I took two of many kinds, Peel-Off Masque and Deep Sea Mud Pack. The chocolate stress reliever is tempting but I decided to go with these two. I would like to try the peel off mask compare to my regular Freeman peel off mask. In the end, I think I’d stick with my Freeman. I think it is more quality and quantity for better price.

I kind of like the Deep Sea. Feels like the H2O marine see mask but cheaper in price and quality. Still, it is usable and trusted. It is not that cheap cheap quality.

These face mask costs $1 something for each. I think after tax and what not the total comes close to $1.50 each. You can use 1 pack for 2-3 times. I would recommend that you tear the package carefully. Try not to make so big and of tear. Why? To keep the moistness of the mask since you can use it for more than once. As for me, I did that and then I place the mask inside a zip lock bag. I use it once a week. So for me, 1 package last for 3 weeks since I only use it once a week. Try not to store it for too long.

Maybelline Pink Please and L’Oreal Colour Riche Nude

0

(left one is Maybelline and Right is Loreal)

Today’s topic! Here are my two favourite lipsticks. I’ve been using them ever since I decided to wear lipstick. For those who are not a make-up heavy person, you’d probably like following my blog because I’m not a makeup heavy as well. I like looking natural as close possible. I use make up to cover mini flaws such as monthly acne or the scar/ freckles.

I love these two lipsticks because...

Maybelline Pink Please (025)
The colour looks warm on my skin but I think I look better in Nude lipstick due to how fair my skin colour is (I use Fair which is the lightest colour available in ID – just to give you the imagination on how fair I am). So yeah, I look horrible in red or purple or even hot pink lipstick. They are all too bold on me. People said this lipstick smells like kids’ play doh but I don’t think so. I have both play doh and this lipstick on my hands and I don’t think they smell the same. Maybe just a tad but definitely not play doh smell. Whenever I use this lipstick, I always use a nude colour gloss on top of it so it doesn’t look too pink on me. Cost $7+ plus tax, close to 8 bucks plus tax

L’Oreal Colour Riche (826)
This is probably the best drugstore lipstick ever! It’s so moist and I can re-apply it for many times without having cakes on my lips. It doesn’t really colour your lips but definitely enhance the lips. It makes you lips look fuller. If you’d like to look matte then don’t apply lip-gloss on top if it but I always do to make it look extra full. It smells nice too! I got this for $9ish + tax.

Freeman Facial Peel Off Mask

0

No money for SPA day? Not a problem. DIY at your convenient! My once in every two weeks habit, clean my face with my daily facial soap and put on Freeman Facial Peel Off Mask. Wait for at least 20 minutes which I usually do 30-45 minutes. It’s not expensive, everyone can afford one. The only problem is, here in Toronto, It’s very popular or limited stock. Why I say that, it is because every time I to Wal-Mart/ Zellers to get this product, they are often sold out/ out of stock. I got this one from Wal-Mart $7+ish plus tax. Not bad huh? Considering I can use this for so many times!

The only thing is that you have to apply quite thick layers or otherwise it doesn’t really work. When I do thinning layers, it doesn’t really clean of the dead skin/ excess oil. That is why I waited for a longer period than what it’s stated on the tube. I apply quite thick layers but not over thick.

Freeman offers a lot of facial mask but this is one of my favourite because it’s a peeling mask unlike the traditional one which requires you to clean it off with water after use. It’s affordable!
