Mustika Ratu Hair Tonic and Hair Mask

This is probably a weird brand for us Torontonians but I will explain thoroughly what they are.

Product #1 Mustika Ratu Hair Tonic

Help reduce dandruffs, not that I have any and promote hair growth. Now, that second one is the reason why I use this product. I got this specific product from a cousin of mine. She went back to Indonesia and I told her to get something with natural ingredient that would promote hair growth and thick hair. So she came back months ago with this.

How do you use it?
Easy! Shampoo clean your hair, conditioner then towel dry your hair. After do all that step you part your hair from the middle/ from the very left to right. Part your hair one by one and every time you part them, pour a little bit of the tonic to the skin. As of me, I would press down with my finger tip after pouring the tonic for every part. Then when you’re done this to your whole head, I would massage the whole head for 2-5 minutes. Give it sometimes as is then when it is a little dry or when your hair is dry then comb them up and style. Although when using this product I don’t recommend you style it afterward. I just let my hair be after that.

Product #2 Mustika Ratu Hair Mask

This one is a little different than the tonic. I only use this once a week. This product also came from my cousin’s visit to Indo.

How do you use it?
Wet your hair with warm-hot water thoroughly. The direction state to shampoo first before placing it on hair but I don’t do that since they’re asking me to shampoo my hair again afterward. Perhaps it is because in Indo, no normal people would bath with warm-hot water as it is 35-40 degree Celsius in there. So I guess the first step is to open up the pores. And so after doing so, I part my hair (again through the whole head) and every time I do that I place the mask on the skin and press it with my finger tip gently. After I did the whole head I would massage it for 10 minutes as stated on the direction. Once done I cover my head with towel (supposedly hot towel). Give it 15-20 minutes then I shampoo my hair + conditioner. After this I’m done. No tonic. I see no use of using both products at the same day as both works for the same purpose. Besides, if I ran out of these products, I have to wait for another cousins/ aunts/ uncles of mine who will travel back and forth from Canada to Indo or another way round.

Btw, just so you know, I may say these products are from natural source but they don’t smell bad! Not as good as chemical smell but they smell ok. You can live with it. Kind of good!

I live in Asia. Despite the hot weather here we do wash our hair with warm water once in a while fyi. Also, your English is really bad. It's 2014 I hope you've improved your grammar :)
